In the last article, I looked at the best combination for each position based on statistics. Today I will change my squad based on that data.
My point in GW 9
My score was average last week. Leicester’s Justin and Barnes scored low against LIV, but Calvert-Lewin’s performance allowed them to approach the average. Surely playing with a strong team is hard to get a good score.
Keep going! or Change!
Disappointed by the results of the GW9, the original plan was to change Rodrigues and Barnes, who have been underperforming lately. Excluding the two, he planned to put Ziyech and Ward-Prowse, both of whom have recently performed well.
Option 1: Change with Best players
In the table below, Ziyech and Ward-Prowse, is the best choice for individual performance and team performance. Unfortunately, we need additional Cost 4pts.
However, considering the Fixure Diffective Rating (FDR) at the time of Salah’s return, other options are available.
Option 2: Save Free Transfers.
Everton and Leicester, where Rodrigues and Barns belong, will meet easy opponents in the future. On the other hand, Chelsea and Southampton, where Ziyech and Ward-Prowse belong, are facing tough opponents this week.
Of course, meeting an easy opponent in the Premier League does not always mean winning games. There is only a high probability of winning.
After all, it’s a good idea to keep Rodrigues and Barns this week and change Rodrigues and Barns to Ziyech and Ward-Prowse next week without additional Cost (4pts).
Finally I chose Option 2. As always, there will be a match this week that goes against my expectations. A soccer game is fun even if it comes out as I expected, and it is fun. This is Fantasy’s charm.
